How It Works

Sign up by booking your first "The Monthly Method Membership Facial" through our online booking calendar or contact us directly for help booking your first visit if you don't love booking online.
At your appointment we'll take credit card details and going forward your credit card is charged $100+gst/month on the first of each month.
Book your facial each month through our online system (just choose the “Monthly Member” option), we can either pre-establish a set time and day of the month that's reserved just for you, or you can fluctuate dates and book as you go.
Enjoy your treatment and let your results build over time
Perks are automatically applied—no tracking codes or awkward reminders needed
Option to gift your facial to a friend if you miss a month

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I miss a month?

Life happens! Your membership includes one built-in flex month—so you have up to 13 months to use all 12 of your facials. If you skip more than one month, you have two options:

Gift your missed facial to a friend who could use some pampering
Double up by booking two facials in a future month

To keep your pricing and perks active, your card will still be charged monthly—even if you haven’t booked yet.
Credits can’t be used toward upgrades or higher-priced services.

The Monthly Method is all about consistency—so we encourage you to keep that monthly rhythm going whenever possible. Your skin (and your future self) will thank you.

Can I cancel anytime?

We ask for a 12-month commitment to honour your pricing and perks. After that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
