We understand that life happens however we are a small team and politely require 48 hours notice of appointment date changes or cancellation; this allows us time to notify our team of the change and fill the appointment time we had reserved for you. If you do not show up for a booked appointment you will be invoiced a $65 no show fee. If you provide less than 48 hours notice for a change or cancellation then we will require pre-payment of any future service before it can be booked. Pre-payment can be made over the phone via credit card.
